For a.o. ArcelorMittal, Swets & Zeitlinger, Unilever, Stage Entertainment, FrieslandCampina, Procumulator, Control Towers International, VolkerWessels, Resources Global Professionals, Visser & Smit Hanab, Visser & Smit Marine Contracting and Volker Stevin Offshore Sharon Asser-Ribbert was involved in a wide variety and interesting projects.

• Responsible for the establishment of the new legal function Head Legal & Contracts and Member of the management team. Extensively involved in international tender procedures in the construction and offshore business;
• Temporarily replacing the head legal department, further establishing the function recently created and functional managing the contract managers; Organizing and drafting of the tender procedure and responsible for the implementation of a new standard Procurement agreement;
• Reorganization of the activities and legal structure in a Propco and Opco formation in order to attract (re-) financing at Propco level;
• emporarily replacing the senior corporate counsel of the Corporate Secretaries Department of Unilever, responsible a.o. for the implementation of the new Dutch Corporate Governance Code (Code-Frijns), providing legal text for the annual report and account and organization of the AGM;
• Restructuring the management participation due to new tax legislation;
• Setting up of joint ventures for Greenfield projects in Saudi Arabia and Nigeria;
• Coordination of and participation in reorganisations and split ups of factories and the changing of the statutory place of business of legal entities worldwide (in Algeria, Canada, Kazachstan, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Czechia, United States and South Africa) for establishment of a new product division of ArcelorMittal with a Dutch holding structure;
• Standardising and implementating of general purchase and sale conditions worldwide;
• Participation in several acquisitions such as Unicon in Venezuela, VPS and VCAV in France and Kryvorizhstal in the Ukraine;
• Cross border merger between Mittal and Arcelor, (together ArcelorMittal) with which it became the largest steel company worldwide;
• Revised takeover of LNM Holding N.V by Ispat international N.V, (jointly transformed into Mittal Steel Company N.V.);
• Setting up and giving training to the management of several organisations concerning general employment law in the Netherlands and more specifically regarding the laws governing dismissal;
• Standardising and implementation of worldwide license agreements for Uniface (B2B software)
